Returns & Refunds Overview

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once a jar has been opened. However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact us — we handle each case individually and fairly.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we ask that you:

  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.


Delivery Charges

We do not refund delivery charges under normal circumstances, as we already subsidise shipping costs to keep them as low as possible for our customers.

However, in exceptional cases of significant delivery delay or a consistent courier issue, we are happy to discuss options with you.


Change of Mind

As our products are perishable and food-based, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered by mistake or if you change your mind after delivery.
